Job Responsibilities:
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
- Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Use a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with business development team to understand the hiring needs and ensure alignment on the recruitment progress.
