Job Summary:
The Senior Cake Decorator is responsible for managing the cake decorating kitchen's day-to-day operations, ensuring the timely and high-standard fulfillment of all orders. This role involves maintaining a clean and hygienic environment, mentoring and guiding team members, and contributing to creative design ideas on a monthly basis. The Senior Cake Decorator will also be responsible for reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the overall operations of the cake decorating kitchen.
· Ensure fulfillment of all cake orders, maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.
· Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the kitchen, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
· Guide, mentor, and motivate the decorating team, acting as a role model and fostering professional growth.
· Collaborate with the team to create new cake designs as part of monthly design creation sessions.
· Report regularly to management on key performance indicators (KPIs), including order fulfillment, quality standards, and team performance.
