Job Responsibilities
- Lead the efforts and provide guidance in requirements gathering and developing/documenting process workflows.
- Work closely with the tech team to define technical solutions for architecture and design that align with business problems and ServiceNow implementation best practices.
- Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting application problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.
- Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with the team lead and other developers.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in information technology, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, with ServiceNow implementation experience being preferred.
- Experienced with the ServiceNow platform and ServiceNow integration solutions
