Responsibilities
- Maintain the highest standard of excellence in client service by attending to walk-in client needs and managing front desk operations
- Attend to all queries/requests from walk-ins/emails/phone calls and handling of incoming and outgoing mails/couriers/packages
- Supporting all office maintenance liaison including lights/aircon/equipment servicing and liaising with building management
- Overseeing the overall office cleanliness while being in-charge of third-party cleaner
- Monitoring inventories and managing of supplies orders including snack/stationary while keeping track of office budget
- Engage in processing boardroom, front of house activities and lockers key/access management
Requirements
- Minimum diploma in any discipline
- Candidates without working experience or less than 1 year of working experience are welcomed to apply
- Working experience in customer service will be an advantage
- Service oriented and able to communicate effectively with all levels of people
- Self-motivated and possess initiative
- Easy-going personality with positive attitude
- Able to multi-task and work independently as well as work as a team
- Ability to converse in English and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Chinese speaking associates
