The Regional Business Development Senior Manager / Associate Director is responsible for driving business growth and leading the company’s expansion into new or untapped markets. This includes evaluating the market landscape for our outbound marketing efforts. The role involves developing and executing the business development strategy in the Southeast Asia and Taiwan region, aligned with the company’s needs.
Your Mission
- To manage and drive business growth and market share across various sectors in Taiwan, as well as in other distributor led markets within the Southeast Asia and region countries including Cambodia, Laos, Brunei, Malaysia, and Myanmar.
- To manage the company’s assets / resources effectively and align them according to business needs, sustainable manner
- To remain current with vendors and retire interest bearing debt
- To provide continuous organisational development
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize the effectiveness of business channels and commercial operations.
- Create strategic plans and forecasts aligned with business requirements to meet overall business targets.
- Assist marketing initiatives by offering market insights, feedback, and contributing to the development of campaigns tailored to the regional audience.
- Foster positive relationships with business partners to stay informed and updated on relevant information from all parties.
- Create a culture of compliance by embodying the tone at the top and complying with all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines
- Implement global Compliance standards / policies as well as local addenda and local policies.
For Channel Management
- Assist in the qualification, performance evaluation, and due diligence processes for channel onboarding.
- Manage the Sub-distributor Agreement Process.
- Coordinate with Global Supply GOM (Global Operations Management) and Operations.
- Recognize and capitalize on opportunities for strategic partnerships with industry peers and other external stakeholders.
