Duties and Responsibilities
- Upkeep polite front desk patient interaction and assistance.
- Registering patients and updating their personal information.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Support day-to-day operations and administrative matters of clinics.
- Handle all collection matters from patients
- Other administrative work or ad hoc duties as assigned by doctor/Clinic Supervisor.
- Any other duties as assigned.
- Collecting payments and managing billing processes.
- Providing basic medical advice and information to patients.
Education and Experience
- Minimum N/O level and above.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in a relevant industry would be an advantage.
- Proficient in English. Fluency in other languages (Chinese/Bahasa) would be an advantage.
- Proficient in using various technologies and computer software.
