The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced HR partner who is passionate in people development, like to make a difference with the ability to engage all levels of internal and external. The HR partner will support the CEO to drive our mission by working with leaders and employees across all functions to make SFC a great to work for everyone.

The role is both hands-on and strategic. You will oversee and manage all aspects of the human resource function, play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

  • Develop and implement HR Strategies that support the organisation’s overall goals and objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to ensure the effective execution of HR initiatives
  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Provide HR related advice to the team, manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
  • Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns to enhance overall employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Identify learning needs and support employee development initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities within the organisation
  • Develop and implement performance management system to align individual and team goals with organisational objectives
  • Provide guidance on performance evaluations, promotions, and career development opportunities
  • Oversee the design and administration of a competitive compensation and benefits system to attract and retain talent
  • Ensure compliance with relevant and related labour laws and regulations, stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations
  • Submit quarterly manpower related data require by the Ministry of Manpower
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the legal requirements and industry best practices
  • Communicate and enforce organisational policies consistently
  • Ensure that employee files and records are properly and securely maintained to ensure compliance with Personal Data Protection

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with minimum of 6 years’ experience in leadership role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
  • Resourceful and self-motivated with ability to work in fast changing environment
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation
  • Proven organisational skill, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and readiness to embrace challenges in a fast pace environment
