- Experience in Japanese MNC / Construction / Manufacturing
- At least 2 years of working experience in Full spectrum, but more in Payroll - (HC around 500-1000)
- Hybrid / WFH

Responsibilities:
HR Support
- Maintain HRIS records and ensure policy compliance.
- Manage regional mobility and expatriate affairs.
- Prepare HR letters and documentation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Oversee payroll for regional and overseas branches.
- Handle CPF, income tax submissions, and government claims.
- Manage insurance, work injury compensation, and leave.
Recruitment and On-boarding
- Support recruitment processes and job postings.
- Coordinate onboarding, manage work passes, and handle off-boarding.
Training and Development
- Source and coordinate training programs.
- Track training and manage related records.
- Liaise for government funding and generate training reports.
Performance Management
- Assist with appraisals and provide data on salary and promotions.
Additional Responsibilities
- Address HR queries, handle invoices, and support regional HR initiatives.
- Manage audits and stay updated on HR trends and laws.
