Pickup Driver (Construction site)
5.5 days work schedule
East area
Responsible to ensure safely transport either passengers, materials or equipment at the job site
Must follow traffic laws and correctly route, ensuring that there is enough fuel in the tank at all times for the destination.
Safely and deliver staff, customers & materials on time.
Proper maintenance and taking care of the vehicle clean and safely.
Key activities:-
- Drive vehicles to designated destinations for projects material deliveries, ferry staff, collect documents.
- Drive safely and deliver products, documents within deadlines.
- Analyze delivery address, determine appropriate routes and maintain schedule.
- Report any accidents or injuries to Supervisors immediately.
- Load and unload products, equipments, materials
- Perform vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tire pressure.
- Notify supervisors about any major repairs and maintenances.
- Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations.
- Maintain the vehicle clean and safe.
- Work with support team to provide exceptional customer services and address customer concerns.
- Perform vehicle inspection before and after each trip
- Adhere to company operating policies and procedures.
- Maintain driving log, prepare vehicle performance forms and complete daily paperwork
- Provide special care in delivering fragile and hazardous products.
- Ferry staff to construction site , site to site, clients office
- Dispatch office documents from office to various project sites
Requirements
- Valid singapore driving license.
- Clean driving record.
- Sound knowledge of road safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of local roads and routes.
- The ability to utilize maps, GPS systems, and car manuals.
- Effective communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
