Job Responsibility :-
Business Operation and Support
- Management as a Controller in the cross function of Business Operations to start various new businesses and support for branch establishment in Asia countries.
- Coordinating and Resolving issues with Sales, Marketing and CFO function.
- Collaboration and communication issue resolution between export sales and CFO functions for branch establishment.
- Establish a support system with HQ and Singapore to resolve issues through preemptive issue sensing for new business.
- Preparation for New ERP Open in 2026 and operation of emergency support system with HQ.
Reporting and Meeting operation
- Weekly & Monthly CFO Reporting.
- Reporting on HQ and Asia region required on New business support.
- Operation of regular meeting of Singapore president and reporting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Major in Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, Logistics, Maths or equivalent.
- 7 ~ 10 Years of expereince in business operations, strategic planning, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
