JOB DESCRIPTION
· Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential and existing customers
· Follow a prepared script to provide information about products or services
· Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and interests
· Identify and qualify sales leads through outbound calling efforts
· Schedule appointments for sales representatives to follow up with potential clients
· Record and track leads in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
· Answer customer questions and address concerns in a knowledgeable and professional manner
· Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· Minimum Diploma and above
· Willing to learn and flexibility to adapt to working environment
· Entry level candidates are welcome to apply, training will be provided
