What You’ll Do:
- Day-to-Day Administrative Management: Oversee general office management, including coordinating supplies, liaising with vendors, and ensuring a well-functioning office environment.
- Leave & Attendance Processing: Manage and track employee leave records, attendance, and overtime to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Insurance Monitoring: Administer and monitor the company’s insurance policies, ensuring coverage for employees and addressing any insurance-related matters.
- HR Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update employee records, support the recruitment process, and assist with new employee onboarding.
- General Affairs Support: Provide support for various company-wide administrative tasks and assist in handling employee queries related to HR and administrative matters.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Education: Knowledge in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in HR & Admin functions are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personality: A proactive, team-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
