Duties and Responsibilities
- Works closely with the superior in managing Finance team and its daily operations
- Overseeing and reviewing day-to-day financial operations within the company, cash flow, invoicing, and other transactions
- Able to lead and provide guidance to a team members to meet reporting deadlines
- Prepare financial reports related to budgets, projections and monthly reports, etc.
- Liaising with external party such as bank, auditors and tax agents
- Monitor and review to ensure monthly, quarterly and year-end closing is going smoothly
- Monitor and review schedules for the interim and year-end audit
- Other assignment as assigned
Requirements
- Degree holders in Accounting or Finance
- At least 3 years of accounting full function experience
- Knowledge of relevant accounting software
- SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
- An analytical and mathematical mind
- Multi-tasking and leadership abilities
- A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
- Ability to stick to time constraints
- Understanding of business principles and practices
