Job Scope:
- Create PM and CM checklists and maintenance procedures, ensuring compliance with standards like CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 6S, and cleanroom protocols.
- Respond to equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, and provide 24/7 repair support to reduce downtime and increase productivity.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to develop cost-effective maintenance methods and improve equipment performance.
- Set up SPC for critical equipment parameters and incorporate efficient maintenance methods for new equipment, including installation and commissioning.
- Write maintenance strategies, ensure continuous equipment coverage, and lead technicians in OEE improvement projects.
- Plan and perform scheduled and predictive maintenance, collaborate with process engineers on reliability and quality projects, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
Requirements:
- Min. Nitec in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
- Experience with lithography and metrology tools will be an advantage
