Scope:
• Assist in full spectrum of recruitment process
• Assist in the coordination of interviews and provide competency-based interviews after candidates have been screened by the Talent Acquisition Team
• You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner and update recruitment reports
• Applying of employees training courses and update training records
• Maintain and update employees' p-files
• HR administrative tasks including application and renewing of work passes
• Work closely with department heads to ensure all onboarding processes adhere to policy and process
• Handle housing and accommodation arrangements for foreign workers, if necessary
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
• ITE / Diploma in HR / Office skill
• Min. 2 years of experience in HR Functions
• Proficient in MS Office, HRMS (Infotech)
• Ability to multi-task and well organized
• Possess initiative and have a strong sense of responsibility
