My client is an established player in the Real Estate Hospitality industry. Keen to hire a Finance talent to manage Treasury, Financing/ Re-Financing and review of overseas Accounting portfolio.
Note: Hospitality/ Real Estate industry exposure and Accounting background will be preferred. Portfolio has a larger focus on Treasury responsibilities, and remaining on Accounting.
Requirements
- Degree qualified from NTU/NUS/SMU or established universities
- Hospitality/ Real Estate industry exposure
- Treasury experience (working with banks on loan refinancing/ financing, monitoring of cashflow positions, performing hands-on analysis on interest rates)
- Accounting background (experience in managing overseas accounts)
- Traits: Collaborative, hands-on, proactive, independent, results-oriented
Budget
SGD 7,500 – 8,500 per month + Bonus
Job Scope
As the Finance Manager (Treasury & Accounting), you will be responsible in managing a portfolio comprising of approximately 75% Treasury and Financing and remaining 25% in handling overseas accounts (reviewer role). You will monitor and manage the Group’s treasury position, ensuring compliance with loan covenants and regulations. You will monitor funds utilization, manage funds from interests and dividends, support in bank loan financing and re-financing initiatives, maintain banking relationship, and perform hands-on interest rate analysis. You will also be responsible in managing an overseas account, in reviewing finance operations, expenditures, management reports, variance analysis, operational and statutory requirements. There may be opportunities for this position to support in deals (acquisition / divestment) and due diligence activities, review of transaction document. As part of the Group, you may also assist in financial reporting, SGX announcement and preparation of presentation to the Board and AC.
