We have an exciting career opportunity for the position of Vice President (Student Recruitment and Admissions) and invite talented individuals to join us in our mission.

Job Description:

  • Develop and set business strategies or corporate plan that align with company goals.
  • Responsible for student recruitment for Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar and India and other countries.
  • Produce appropriate strategic and sales reports to provide critical insights on school operational status and student population.
  • Lead a team of student recruitment, providing them with guidance and support to ensure the achievement goals.
  • Represent Student Recruitment and Admissions Department at meetings, conferences and events, to promote our programmes and achievements.
  • Develop and manage student recruitment and admissions department budget and make strategic decision to ensure proper utilisation of recourses.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with external partners in international education industry to enhance collaboration.
  • Stay connected with current curricular trends, changes and identify opportunities for growth to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s degree in relevant field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of working experience in student recruitment and Private Education Industry.
  • Strong understanding of international private education industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to manage and lead team of sales executives to achieve set targets.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese as required to communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients or partners across different geographical locations.
