Job Description:
- Develop and set business strategies or corporate plan that align with company goals.
- Responsible for student recruitment for Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar and India and other countries.
- Produce appropriate strategic and sales reports to provide critical insights on school operational status and student population.
- Lead a team of student recruitment, providing them with guidance and support to ensure the achievement goals.
- Represent Student Recruitment and Admissions Department at meetings, conferences and events, to promote our programmes and achievements.
- Develop and manage student recruitment and admissions department budget and make strategic decision to ensure proper utilisation of recourses.
- Develop and maintain relationship with external partners in international education industry to enhance collaboration.
- Stay connected with current curricular trends, changes and identify opportunities for growth to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- A Master’s degree in relevant field.
- A minimum of 8 years of working experience in student recruitment and Private Education Industry.
- Strong understanding of international private education industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to manage and lead team of sales executives to achieve set targets.
- Fluent in English and Chinese as required to communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients or partners across different geographical locations.
