- Meet and negotiate with potential clients to determine their needs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects clients
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make an effective qualifying calls ans manage sales cycles to close new business in all service categories offered
- Up to date with trends and competitors to identify improvements and recommendations

- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and other related marketing negotiation
- Guide and elaborate in details of contract, term and conditions of payment settlement
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Attending short monthly meeting for a discussion with operations client and marketing matters
- Giving sales presentation and samples to meet the clients requirements
- Taking customer’s order daily and follow up for replenishment, afterwards, endorse it to the delivery schedule team
- Follow up client’s proposal, quotations, contracts and maintaining record
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales
- Posses in depth product and service knowledge in order to deal clients with ample information
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
· A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, Horticulture, or a related discipline is often preferred.
· Previous experience in landscaping or a related field.
· Strong knowledge of plants, horticulture, and landscaping techniques.
· Leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Knowledge of budgeting and project management.
