You will be part of a dynamic team, to:
- Champion job redesign (JR) as a key enabler for workforce and business transformation by working closely with strategic partners and relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Analyse the emerging needs of businesses and develop strategies to drive sectoral JR adoption. This includes shaping robust JR interventions (e.g., awareness and action-oriented initiatives) to help companies achieve their business transformation priorities
- Augment the JR centre of excellence by seizing collaboration opportunities with key partners such as public agencies and trade associations & chambers, to promulgate robust broad-based & sector-relevant JR capabilities and resources
- Manage the administration of grants to programme partners to achieve their intended JR outcomes and ensure sound grant governance. This includes tracking the progress and impact of programmes on companies’ JR journeys and objectives
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field
Knowledge/Skills:
- Strong planning, stakeholder management & communication skills
- Knowledge with handling technology-enabled capability programmes preferred
- Prior work experience in the public sector would be an advantage
Abilities/Aptitudes:
- Team player with strong problem-solving & analytical skills
- Proactive in addressing new challenges in a timely manner
- Able to manage projects & lead impactful outreach efforts
- Curious, independent, tenacious & adaptable
