Work From Home arrangement
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides administrative and secretarial support to Managing Director (from China) and his family such as managing MD's calendar, travel itinerary and appointments;
- Managing and organizing staff activities and various company activities;
- Ensuring all expense claims are in order; maintaining proper filing and records;
- Manage general administration and sales support for colleagues in China.
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in administration and secretarial support
- Meticulous and resourceful
- Mature personality with pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills
