Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Logistics Officer to join their warehouse team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily assessible.
Jobs Scope:
- Adhere to all operational procedures and compliance standards.
- Act as the main contact for delivery, shipment, and customer inquiries.
- Manage system transactions for receiving, order fulfillment, and shipment planning.
- Coordinate with customers and transporters to resolve daily issues and meet delivery/collection requirements.
- Perform stock allocation and arrange shipments based on customer instructions.
- Prepare and consolidate outbound documentation for cargo release and return to customers.
- Collect and manage data for reporting to the Operations Executive/Manager.
- Oversee record retention, documentation, and cycle count processes.
- Ensure all KPIs are met and provide timely, accurate reports.
- Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and provide backup support when needed.
Requirement:
- Min 1 year of warehouse operations experience
- Basic computer skills
