We are seeking a Project Manager with an accounting background to assist in the implementation and management of Odoo ERP systems for businesses, specifically focusing on accounting and financial processes. In this role, you will collaborate with highly skilled professionals who are passionate about Odoo and dedicated to delivering the best solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation of Odoo ERP systems with a strong emphasis on accounting and financial modules.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and ensure seamless integration of accounting processes.
- Manage project timelines, documentation, and ensure effective communication between the client and development team.
- Provide support during testing phases, ensuring the customized ERP system meets client expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date project planning and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, with an emphasis on Odoo or similar platforms.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and convey complex ideas effectively.
Preferred Skills (Good to have):
- Experience with business operations (e.g., Inventory, Accounting, HR).
- Prior experience with Odoo or OpenERP systems.
