Job Description:
- Shipping Documentation – Prepare and manage shipping documentations (Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Orders and Airway Bill) by stipulated daily schedules to facilitate outbound shipment delivery to clients.
- Document Control and Accuracy – Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete and comply with industry regulations and Company standards
- Logistics Coordination – Coordinate import shipment documentations with forwarders for timely transportation to Warehouse/Supplier
- Prepare, and send BL (Bill of Lading), PL (Packing List), IV (Invoice), and other shipping documents
- Support to MD and other Sales supporting jobs including Admin, back-office duties.
- Book flight and Business travel arrangement for the MD
- Any other ad-hoc duties when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Min 1 year of working experience
- Working experience at Japanese SME is a plus
- Food product industry experience will be advantageous
