Reporting to the HR Director, you will partner with business units to identify learning needs that deliver to the Hospital’s business objectives and employee needs. You will be responsible for talent and leadership development to groom future-ready leaders and grow a talent pipeline for the Hospital. You will also assist to promote an employee engagement culture. You will be part of the team to ensure smooth implementation of new HR systems or enhancement, change management and post implementation support.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or Business related qualifications.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with prior experience in the healthcare industry
- Good interpersonal, analytical and communication skills (in both verbal and written)
- Able to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions
