Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s organizations is looking for:
Finance Admin
Responsibilities:
- Finance – Accounts Payable: data entry and preparation of payment vouchers and documents related to accounts payable.
- Administration – assist in administration.
- Record keeping – eg utilities and telecoms monthly usage, photocopy monthly usage.
- Customer service, eg covering front counter duties when receptionist is busy/not available.
- Assist in emergency and safety teams deployed by the management.
- Any adhoc duties.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Word and Excel.
- Relevant experience in school finance and administration would be an advantage.
