Job Description
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR & Admin function in recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management, employee engagement & retention.
- Prepare letters/contracts pertaining to employee’s appointment, resignation, confirmation, promotion, transfer and other HR related letters
- To handle end-to-end work passes related issues such as work pass application, renewal, cancellation, appealing, expiration, follow up with medical check-ups, updating personal particulars to MOM, visa application etc.
- Processing and timely submission of Form IR21, NS make-up claims and all government paid leave claims.
- Administer employee benefits such as leaves, medical, dental, insurance etc.
- Ensure complete, up-to-date, accurate and accessible records are kept for all employees.
- Assist in the co-ordination of social and recreational activities to promote the general welfare of all employees.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycle.
- To perform employee orientation, development, and training.
- Managing employee relations and to facilitate company-employee communications.
- Provide the necessary confidential administrative support for all human resource and office admin functions
- Perform general office administrative duties such as stationary / pantry requisition and maintenance of office equipment or facilities.
- Other ad-hoc HR & Admin duties & projects delegated from management and superior.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field
- At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in HR and Administration.
- Well versed in Singapore’s Employment Act, labour laws and statutory rules and regulations.
- Meticulous, independent, and adaptable to change.
- Pro-active, resourceful, meticulous and results oriented
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Candidates who can commence within short notice are preferred
