Counter Duties
- Customer Service Counter Duty (mindset must meet the realist challenges and demands of a Primary School setting)
- To answer phone calls, manage visitors, takes messages, responds to enquiries and provide general useful information (in a very dynamic environment where calls are voluminous). Able to use school implemented IT system for administrative purposes.
- To handle daily varied requests and queries from parents / students / vendors / staff etc
- To call students to convey messages during ad-hoc / special events.
- To render first level assistance to walk-in students’ needs including sick & injured students. To escalate case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.
- To handle / support situation when students’ vomit and soiled their clothes.
General Duties
- To maintain the forms cabinet in the office. All forms must be current and to be replenished constantly.
- To assist in general typing duties.
- To assist in stores supplies management / inventories during school holidays.
- To assist in all school events including catering / set up of rooms.
- To support any other general admin duties as and when required.
