Job Description:
- Handle processing of mark lists and related documentation.
- Manage logistics support for Board of Examiners’ meeting.
- Oversee the typesetting of various academic documents.
- Liaison staff between school and other university departments on assessment matters.
- In-charge of special assessment arrangements for students.
- Initiate processes for workflow improvement and system enhancements, to increase work efficiency and effectiveness.
- In-charge of timetabling planning for undergraduate students and liaise with different sections and departments to collate required information.
- Coordinate course survey to students for various program activities and degree programme accreditation.
- Address general enquiries from students via email and in-person consultation.
Work Schedule:
Monthly salary range: Up to $5000/Month
Period duration: 1 year
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: Mon to Thu: 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM, Fri: 8:30 AM to 5:15 PM
Lunch Break: 45 minutes
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in student services and assessment/exam-related functions.
- Prior experience in the education sector and/or programme co-ordination will be advantageous.
- Keen to learn, able to manage multiple tasks/deadlines well.
- Organized and meticulous, with eye for details and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good collaborator and team player at work.
- Ability to engage with students, staff, and school faculty members.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), database programmes and automation software.
