A Leading & Prominent Luxury Goods Company is seeking a talented and experienced Business Application Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Business Application Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring that their software applications align with their strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
· Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
· Develop detailed functional specifications that clearly outline the desired features, functionalities, and user interface of their applications.
· Create use cases to describe how users will interact with the applications to achieve their goals.
· Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure that the applications meet the specified requirements and quality standards.
· Provide ongoing support to users, including troubleshooting issues and conducting training sessions.
· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
· 3 years of experience as a Business Application Analyst or in a similar role.
· Proven expertise in deploying workflow and automation solutions.
· Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL.
Experience in Nintex K2 & Power Automate advantageous
