Reporting to the Assistant Front Office Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-
Responsibilities
- Provide total guest support
- Responsible for welcoming and checking in and out of guests to the Hotel
- Managing guest enquiries and providing information of hotel to guests whenever applicable
- Act as key liaison between the customers and the Hotel in delivering total customer satisfactions
Pre-requisites
- Minimum 1 year customer service expereince
- Attentive to details. Service oriented and a team player
- Conversant in written and spoken English
- Proficient in OPERA will be added advantage
