Roles & Responsibilities
- Support Company Safety Management System implementation tasks including manuals and fleet notices.
- Application / arrangement of internal & external Audits and inspections for fleet vessels and office including ISM, ISPS, MLC & ISO.
- Support managing vessels and shore staff for Charterer's Vetting Inspection (TMSA Audit & SIRE Inspection arrangements).
- Health, Safety, Environment and Quality objective/KPI monitoring and analysis of fleet.
- Secretariat for Quarterly and annual Review Meeting. Prepare agenda, materials and official minutes.
- Support all documentation and activities for various HSEQ office tasks and projects as instructed by the division in charge.
Requirements:
- Experience of handling Ship Management functions in previous roles is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- More than 2 years working experience, preferably in HSE function.
- Proficient PC skills (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/MS Outlook/BI & AI Tool); MS Access.
- Positive, service-oriented, self-motivated, detail-minded, and good team player.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Excellent and speedy documentation skill.
- Good patience with documentation.
