Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily clinic operations and implement standard operating procedures
- Be the main liaison between the clinic, delivery, and concierge team
- Coordinate with internal departments to optimize processes
- Assist in implementing new initiatives and workflows
- Understand and stay updated with information regarding insurance programs and funding sources
- Perform billing and adjustments in clinic systems and insurance portals
- Manage patient records and clinic supplies inventory in compliance with the respective regulations and guidelines
- Respond to queries and escalations from doctors and patients, and other stakeholders professionally
- Compile reports and support the Team Lead in operational tasks
