Sales Support Executive (International Trade Experience)

Job Responsibilities:
Sales Coordination:
- Manage key accounts and support the sales team with quotes, orders, and invoices.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and finance for timely delivery.
- Help prepare sales presentations and reports.
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer inquiries about products and delivery.
- Build relationships, handle complaints, and escalate issues when needed.
Sales Analysis and Reporting:
- Track sales, prepare reports, and analyze data for trends.
- Update customer databases and sales records.
Marketing Support:
- Assist with product launches, events, and marketing materials.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse.
- Help manage inventory records.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
- Knowledge of composites, chemicals, or building materials is a plus.
