Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, faxing, copying and printing
- Issue invoices and daily invoices entry into system etc
- Handle phone and email enquiries and orders from customers
- Maintain basic office cleanliness
- Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Skills
- Basic English and Mandarin speaking required
- Basic computer skills ( Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Detailed and oriented
No experience needed
- Part time position
- 4-5 days work week
- Flexible working hour
- $12 per hour
