Full job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including filing, scanning, faxing, copying and printing
  • Issue invoices and daily invoices entry into system etc
  • Handle phone and email enquiries and orders from customers
  • Maintain basic office cleanliness
  • Other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned

Skills

  • Basic English and Mandarin speaking required
  • Basic computer skills ( Microsoft Office, Excel)
  • Detailed and oriented

No experience needed

  • Part time position
  • 4-5 days work week
  • Flexible working hour
  • $12 per hour
