- 14+ years in IT Industry with 5+ years of Banking Industry experience
- Experienced IT Service Manager in Banking Industry to manage, coordinate, and direct IT service operations with teams
- Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and procedures, including disaster recovery and back-up procedures
- Provide support and guidance, including incident management, problem resolution and troubleshooting
- Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of IT service delivery and implement improvements when needed
- Coordinate and manage IT service projects, including the implementation and integration of new technologies
- Japanese & English Bilingual resource preferred.
