- Salary Range: Up to $3,200 + Fixed Allowance + Incentives
Working Hours:
Mon – Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Alternate Sat: 8.30 am to 12.30 pm
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily intake of vehicles for servicing, ensuring smooth operations.
- Maintain and enhance the company's service image and uphold high standards at all times.
- Support the implementation of action plans aimed at continuously improving service levels.
- Lead and motivate a team of front counter staff, fostering teamwork and positive morale.
- Oversee and ensure the timely completion of administrative tasks, including warranty claims, internal accounts, Work-In-Progress (WIP) reports, and cash debtor management.
- Monitor and achieve monthly Vehicle Owner Satisfaction (VOC) score targets.
- Perform invoice closures accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare service quotations when required.
- Deliver excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- Drive strong results in VOC surveys, focusing on high response rates and promoter scores.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on customer service.
- NITEC in Light Vehicles or a Diploma in any discipline (preferably Engineering).
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is required.
- Prior experience in customer service roles, particularly in the automotive industry, is highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicles is an advantage.
- Candidates with previous experience in the automotive industry will be preferred.
