You shall support and report to the Secretarial Executive.
Your duties includes the following:
• Handle a portfolio of corporate secretarial matters (both Singapore and overseas) including but not limited to the preparation of directors’ resolutions, assisting in the organizing of papers for board meetings and preparation of board minutes, Bizfile+ filings with ACRA and release of SGXNet announcements
• Ensure that statutory and regulatory requirements are met
• Registers and minute books and database of corporate secretarial precedents are updated
• Liaise with auditors and other stakeholders for information and documents
• Preparation of XBRL in full set
• meet task timeline/due date
We are looking for a Singaporean/PR with three years working experience with certain corporate secretarial background who know their way around ACRA. Able to communicate with colleagues for work flow and timeline. Able to communicate with client to request for necessary secretarial related document. Good record keeping habit and skill. Good teamplayer. Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
Starting salary: $2800
