Job Overview:We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Renovation Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within the renovation industry, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Define project objectives and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
- Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and vendors. Coordinate all aspects of the renovation project, including scheduling, materials procurement, and on-site activities.
- Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenses. Ensure cost-effectiveness by tracking expenditures and making adjustments as needed to stay within budget.
- Timeline Management: Create and manage project timelines. Track progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule.
- Quality Control: Ensure that renovation work meets quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and codes. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues or discrepancies.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status. Address and resolve any client concerns or issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Prepare and submit project reports as required.
- Vendor Management: Source and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other service providers. Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance to ensure project requirements are met.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential issues or challenges that may arise during the renovation process. Implement effective solutions to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.
