- Experience in Retail sector or plants nursery
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in maintaining store standards and achieving sales goals.
- Lead and motivate the team to exceed sales and service expectations.
- Manage inventory and ensure quality of live plants.
- Oversee unloading of goods and manage deliveries or transfers.
