Key Information:
- Salary ranges from $18 - $24/hr (Weekly payment)
- Location: Kallang
- 2-Days of training will be provided
Job Description:
- Greet and bid farewell to patrons.
- Greet and bid farewell to patrons.
- Enforce venue rules and emergency procedures.
- Enhance patron experience during events.
- Handle feedback, troubleshoot, and take action.
- Escort patrons within the venue.
- Ensure efficient service with catering team.
- Check suites for cleanliness, functionality, and connectivity.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of GCE ‘O’ Level
- Minimum one (1) year experience in customer service in the Hospitality industries
- Basic F&B knowledge is preferred
- Past experiences in the Hospitality (Airline/Hotel/Concierge) industry is an advantage
