Job Summary:
The Business Development Supporting Analyst will work closely with the APMEA regional management team and support business development initiatives. The role requires engagement with customers both in Singapore and overseas, as well as coordination with country managers across 13 countries. The Analyst will assist in organizing business meetings, tracking action items, and preparing key presentations and reports for senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development Support
- Engage with customers in Singapore and overseas by organizing and coordinating business meetings.
- Support business development deals by ensuring all relevant stakeholders are aligned and prepared for engagements.
Regional Coordination
- Assist the General Manager (GM) in liaising with 13 country managers across the APMEA region.
- Initiate and engage in internal business strategy meetings with country managers.
- Follow up on action items from meetings on a daily basis, ensuring timely execution.
Data Collection and Analysis
- Support the GM by gathering and analyzing data for weekly and monthly business reviews.
- Prepare comprehensive business review presentations and reports.
- Assist in compiling key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to evaluate business progress.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate and manage schedules for business meetings, conferences, and other engagements.
- Ensure that all materials and data required for business meetings are prepared and distributed in advance.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in supporting sales growth and market exploration, particularly within the PC monitor business or similar industries.
- Insightful understanding of the display economy and familiarity with market development trends in the Asia-Pacific region.
- Proven experience in B2B business dealings, especially within a corporate environment.
- Ability to liaise effectively with peers, business partners, and stakeholders at all levels, and across multiple countries within the AP and MEA regions.
- High emotional intelligence (EQ) with a demonstrated ability to navigate challenging situations involving difficult counterparts, suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
- Flexibility to travel frequently within the region and to support business meetings as required, even on weekends or public holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- A solid track record of working in multi-country/regional settings (APMEA region preferred).
- Experience working directly with senior management or supporting business development roles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-regional environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong English and Mandarin communication skills, both written and spoken, to liaise with diverse stakeholders.
