Responsibilities:
- Lead, coordinate and facilitate customer and 3rd party audits (ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO26262). Ensure the smooth conduct of audits through thorough co-ordination and pre-arrangements
- Plan, schedule and perform internal quality audits (Process, Product, System, Focus Audits, Audit Excellence). Identify opportunities for improvement to meet the business process objectives
- Conduct ISO9001/ITAF 16949 Internal Auditor Training
- Lead and coach cross-functional team of ISO/IATF16949 internal auditors
- Assist process owners, as needed, in the root cause analysis to address the audit nonconformities and prevent recurrence
- Drive timely reply to customer audit responses and QMS/process audit checklists
- Follow-up audit findings closure to ensure the timely implementation of committed corrective actions
- Analyze and summarize findings to drive continuous improvement in QMS
- Identify and work with relevant areas for the improvement of QMS and audit-related issues
- Ensure identified key performance indicators are tracked and reviewed to meet the defined goals
- Review customer specification requirements related to audit
- Drive continuous improvement activities in Quality Systems and Audit Team
- Maintain personal knowledge and awareness of required auditor skills and competencies
- Support Corporate ISO/IATF16949 Audit Findings Corrective Actions Fanout
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Quality System Lead Auditor / Auditor in the manufacturing industry, preferably semiconductors
- Knowledge in Quality Management System, Business Process, and process approach for auditing including risk-based thinking
- Knowledge of ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO26262, VDA 6.3 and the 5 Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, APQP, PPAP, MSA)
- Good Leadership, Communication and Inter-Personal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
