Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Monitoring: Oversee monthly AR to ensure timely collections and accurate records.
- Monthly Billing: Lead and manage the billing process, addressing any customer issues.
- Master SKUs Items Update: Regularly update and maintain SKU records.
- GST Filing: Prepare and submit GST filings accurately and on time.
- Fixed Asset Schedule Maintenance: Maintain and ensure the accuracy of the fixed asset schedule.
- Prepayment & Deposit Schedule: Review and update monthly schedules for prepayments and deposits.
- Inventory Review: Conduct monthly and yearly inventory reviews for accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team and supervisors on accounting tasks.
- Audit Assistance: Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to queries.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards.
- Proficiency with financial software and tools.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience with GST filing and submissions.
- Familiarity with XBRL reporting.
- Inventory management and cross-checking experience.
- Knowledge of fixed asset management.
- Proficiency with the Navision accounting system.
