Job Summary:
- 44 hrs retail hours Mon-Fri, Alt Sat
- Location: Kranji
- Basic up to $3000 + Allowance + Commission + VB
- 50% Hunter 50% Farmer role
- Wholesale FMCG company
Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain strong client relationships to ensure consistent revenue and customer loyalty, while regularly communicating to identify opportunities for upselling.
- Oversee sales operations with wholesalers and distributors in the fresh produce industry, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and effective contract management.
- Seek out and capitalize on new business opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing trends, and leveraging industry insights to stay competitive.
- Handle sales planning and administrative tasks efficiently, track performance against sales targets and KPIs, and use data to drive strategic decision-making and optimize sales processes.
