· Program Governance Support, including coordinating and managing the SteerCo, OpCo decks and taking the notes and sending out the weekly update
· Manage the strategy decks for China COO, regional stakeholder etc
· Manage hiring status across the project
· Manage the Contracts and POs across the project
· Reconcile actuals vs planned/FC in Clarity and cost tracker
· Update Clarity Program Governance Information, including status report, RAID etc.
· Work with application workstream PMs to create and maintain JIRA structure and dashboards
