Position: Barista
Location: Multiple Location
Salary: $12 - $14/hour
Job Description:
• Prepare and Serve Beverages: Make a variety of drinks as per recipe given.
• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide excellent service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the coffee bar area, equipment, and seating areas clean and organized. Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies. Restock items as needed and inform management of any shortages.
• Cash Handling: Process payments accurately using the cash register or point-of-sale system. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
Job Requirements:
• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
