Our client is a leading provider of noise barriers for construction sites, industrial environments, and households. As the company expands rapidly, they are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales Executive with experience in the construction industry to join their team.


Reporting To: Project Sales Manager

Office Location: Woodlands


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, including identifying new business opportunities and responding to RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
  • Project Management: Oversee the sales process for construction projects, including preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs. Use this information to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and design professionals, to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Contract Negotiation: Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear and favorable.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales within the construction industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of quantity surveying will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
