Job Description:
- Assist the project manager with on and off-site meetings pertaining to technical issues.
- Responsible for submission of architectural samples, shop drawings, and other related documents to the consultants or authorities.
- Coordinate and monitor work progress at the site including periodic site inspections and attending meetings during the course of the project.
- Able to communicate well with internal and external stakeholders.
- Development of Procedures, detailed Engineering calculations, drawing, and specifications.
- Plan monthly work schedules and set productivity to be achieved.
- Conduct Material Take Off (MTO) and management of List of Materials (LOM) to monitor the progress of projects.
- Verify technical specifications for adequacy.
- Identify and record any product quality problems and implement solutions for any issues faced.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years relevant working experience.
- Able to read construction/shop drawings and understand detailing.
- Ability to understand ISO 9001 clauses and audit procedures is an added advantage.
