Compliance:
-Drive and support daily operations and general business activities in the outlets
-Maintain high level of customer service in the outlets and ensuring Islandwide tablet are active at all times 10am to 10pm
- Manage Islandwide tablet orders by receiving and assigning the orders to the nearest outlet to the customer
-Ensuring smooth trasition of Islandwide orders delivered to customer
-Assisting on operations by communicating closely with our Operating team on customer pending orders, feedbacks and complaints
-Answering of the Customer hotline, and performing service recovery that is in line with the company's SOP
-Ensures compliance on food quality and hygience, shop outlook, and service standards in accordance with the company's SOP
-Daily CCTV audit of restaurant operations, identify and flag out major hygiene or SOP lapse
-Issuance of LOA, Verbal warning and warning letters to staffs
-Compile and publish CC department reports by EOD daily (data entry)
- Any ad-hoc duties as delegated
HR:
-Provide support in the full spectrum of HR functions
-Process MOM work passes applications, renewals, and cancellation matters
-Assist in the checking and submission of monthly attendance
-Manage job posting/advertisements, manages
-In-charge of onboarding process (preparation of employment contracts and orientation)
-Process necessary authorized claims; government-paid maternity leave, childcare leave reimbursement, income tax submissions (IR21), NSmen claims, etc
-Updating and maintaining proper HR database and records
-Assist in other ad hoc duties as delegated
Requirement:
-At least 2 years of experience in the relevant role
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Must have experience in an HR role
-Experience in F&B industry will be advantageous
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and is able to communicate well with colleagues of all levels
-Self-motivated and able to work in a team
