Responsibilities:
- Propose, plan, and execute in-store events and customer engagement activities to drive sales, support seasonal product launches, and enhance customer acquisition and engagement.
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns, aligning with brand strategy and goals.
- Support the management and monitoring of the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Oversee end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and stakeholders.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret event data and attendee feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for future improvements.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support the marketing and events team.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in planning and executing product launches and events, preferably in the fashion or retail industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.
- Willingness to work on weekday evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required for event duties.
